FELLOW DROPS: Excelsior Coffee

Excelsior Coffee was featured on Fellow Drops, a text-to-order coffee subscription service that features limited, small-batch coffee beans from top roasters delivered straight to customers.

This exclusive "drop" featured the Panoramic Blend, which represents a wide-angle view of the world's most expressive coffees: Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Ethiopia and Yemen. I creative directed this release, starting with our campaign video, production behind-the-scenes videos, and product photography.

For our campaign video, I aimed to express that “Panoramic mentality” through the lens of the Excelsior, and provide a wide-angle view of the neighborhood, an area as diverse as our blend itself. The Excelsior is known for it’s street signs that are named after different countries and cities across the world, I showcased this as the grounding point for an everyday journey of sourcing beans for the shop.

FELLOW DROPS: Director’s Cut

A horizontal director’s cut of the Campaign Video, and the social announcement video on the left. My premise with this campaign was to not just highlight the tasting notes and origins of our beans, but the personalities behind Excelsior Coffee that make us special. Experience the hustle and bustle of a mom-and-pop shop that is always on the go.
